SonicWall TZ 190 VPN Error 800

The majority of my clients use Calyptix AE appliances. However, I've got one who has a SonicWall TZ 190. I need to connect a remote client to SBS 08 over the VPN as they claim the RWW connection times out during large file transfers. I believe I've configured the TZ 190 access rules correctly but I get to the authentication on my test machines and get an error 800. Anyone have any suggestions? I'm stuck.

Have you tried the SonicWall Global VPN client? Works great

I tried to find the 32-bit version as an alternative. Could not find it on their site.
